Kim Miller
Kim Miller has been in the health field her entire adult life. As a full time freelance personal trainer and wellness coach she has influenced the health, well being, and livelihoods of hundreds of clients from diverse walks of life ranging from preteens to octogenarians.
Residing in the nation's oldest city, St. Augustine, Florida, Kim's influence in helping people live healthier more robust lives extends to the beaches of Ponte Vedra, Florida where many of her current clientele reside. Training many of them at the beautiful Serenata Beach Club on the shores of the Atlantic, Kim is continually inspired by her surroundings.
Her hobbies include tennis, and she has played on several National and State teams, distance running, weight lifting, cooking, and just hanging out with her husband John and dogs Wrigley and Daisy.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education from Cleveland State University and is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). ACE is one of the top three accreditation groups in the United States. Kim is also certified as a wellness coach with Wellcoaches. Wellcoaches has earned the coveted endorsement of the American College of Sportsmedicine. She is the owner of BodySmart Inc., and has been writing a weekly health e- newsletter for over a year to an ever increasing readership that extends the globe.
